There are many ski resort jobs available for the winter in La Plagne. You do however need to be careful who you apply to, you can waste loads of time applying to the wrong people. There is no point applying to travel agents as they do not offer ski jobs in La Plagne or any other ski resorts. Some suggestions are:
Ski Instructors
Magic in Motion in la Tania and Meribel; Oxygene and Reflex ski school in la Plagne are looking for qualified ski and snowboarding instructors for the winter season.
Ski technicians
It is best to apply direct to the ski and snowboarding equipment hire shops. Various shops are listed on this site; a fuller list can be found on the La Plagne Tourist Office site.
Resort manager jobs

Chalet host jobs
Ski Beat currently has ski jobs for couples and singles to work as ski chalet hosts to run its catered chalets in La Plagne 1800. Qualified chefs and cooks are also being recruited for its Select Service chalets.
Nanny jobs in Les Arcs
Nanny jobs in the Alps are available in La Plagne and other resorts with Ski Beat. They are looking for qualified nannies to work either within a creche or as a private nanny for skiers on a family ski holiday.
Bar, waiting and hotel staff
Websites such as Natives probably have the best selection of jobs as bar, waiting and hotel staff. Opportunities are sometimes available through the tourist office websites. If we are informed of any employment opportunities the site will be updated.

Last time we heard the ski schools listed above were looking for instructors although we have not heard recently. If we hear anything we will e-mail and/or post the info here.
Hello, I am James and I am looking for a job as a ski instructor. I have visited La Plagne a few times and know the area to ski. I have completed my BASI level 1 and level 2 ski instructor qualification. Please could you contact me if there is a possibility that I may be able to get a job as a ski instructor or similar in your area.
